January brings good news for the Charlotte Housing Market.  As the chart below shows the average days a single family home was on the market for sale in Mecklenburg County was 44 days down 36.2% from the prior January.

The average days a home was for sale in neighboring Union County was 40 days down 44.9% from the prior January.
